Collaborate Online for

Continuum of Care Organizations

Collaborate Online empowers Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) organizations by providing powerful, professional web-based intranet collaboration solutions to all CoC members. Collaborate Online has been configured and customized to meet the specific needs of CoC organizations to facilitate, administer and manage the Continuum.

Using your web browser, you can share documents and information, collaborate with your team, and manage your CoC from your desktop, securely and effectively.

Designed as Software as a Service, there is no software to load, no hardware to maintain, and no IT experts required. All that is needed is a computer with Internet access, a web browser, and a valid userID and password for each user.

Prepare Your CoC for the HUD Application

HUD has recently announced that the 2008 CoC Competition will require an electronic submission of the Application.  However, each CoC must prepare the large amounts of data and content for the application with contributions from many CoC members.  Shorten your information gathering time and be more efficient by exporting your data from Collaborate Online to the HUD system. Continuums that are best organized will score highly in the Competition.

Anytime, Anywhere Collaboration

Collaborate Online makes working together easier than ever.  Share calendars, documents, data – even meet online using real-time on-demand web technology. Because your CoC members don’t always have time to focus on CoC business from 9 to 5, the CoC office is open 24 hours a day.   CoC members can access the system from their own offices, homes, or anywhere.  Collaborate Online makes it easy by allowing your members to work where, when, and how they want.

Databases Specifically for CoC Organizations

Collaborate Online includes many custom databases that meet the specific needs of CoC organizations.  Data that must be shared, reported, and analyzed can easily be provided by and accessed by members, all with the utmost security.  For your specific database needs, you can easily develop your own databases, views, and reports or have us do it for you.  Data can be easily imported and exported for further use.

Improve Efficiency & Effectiveness of Your CoC

Administering and managing your CoC will be simplified through better meeting coordination and dissemination of information.  CoC members may be able to travel less for CoC meetings and will be less frustrated.  Your CoC will be more effective at meeting your goals through better communication, improved scheduling, and better availability of documents and information.
