Clients Requiring Support
For clients requiring support for
Collaborate Online, please do the following:
1. Review the Help system on
your Collaborate Online site.
2. Logon to the
Collaborate Online Support Intranet. You will be provided
with a login name and password upon site setup.
3. View the documentation on
the Support Intranet.
4. View the Help Videos on
the Support Intranet.
5. Log a Help Desk Request on
the Support Intranet.
6. Email us at
support@collaborate-online.org
7. Call us at (866) 609-8861
Help Facilities
A context-sensitive Help System
is available on each Collaborate Online site. To access the Help System,
click on the
button or on the Help Link on the left side navigation.
Documentation
Documentation is available on the
Collaborate Online Support Intranet. Please login as described above.
Training
Collaborate Online provides a
training class for your System Administrator. Typically, formal training
is not required for Collaborate Online users due to the ease-of-use of the
system.
For an additional fee,
Collaborate Online can provide additional training either through Web-based
training or an onsite training class.
Training videos are also included
for free on the Collaborate Online Support Intranet.
